Our Story
Madhee started with a simple conversation between a mom and her daughter. We have always loved Indian textiles, but we wanted pieces that felt effortless — dresses you could just throw on for a sunny brunch, a friend's bachelorette, or a quiet Sunday without feeling weighed down.
So, we made them ourselves.
Madhee is our take on desi heritage, designed for a slow, whimsical summer. From the bright, happy energy of authentic bandhani to the delicate details of our embroidered chikankari, we focus on small-batch production. We don't do massive collections; instead, we release very intentional micro-drops meant to be lived in, loved, and kept in your closet for years.
When it came time to photograph our very first drop, we skipped the fancy studio and walked right into our own green backyard. It felt like the perfect place. Madhee is all about finding the magic in simple, everyday moments — reading on a picnic blanket, walking barefoot in the grass, and just feeling comfortable in something beautiful.
